Survey Question 1 Responses: Design Leadership
Do you see substantial changes in your organization that will require increased leadership skills for design managers?
It looks as though REMIX is on track. Over 83% of the survey respondents agree that they are seeing substantial changes in their organization that will require increased leadership skills for design managers. So, noting this, DMI will continue to build a program that will help to supply new tools, new ways, new influences to the traditional approach to its attendees.
For the other 17%, who answered that they are not seeing significant change in their organization, we hope to immerse them in a powerful blend of ideas that will transform their careers and enterprise in the future.
