My early career was spent in banking and strategy consulting before I had an epiphany about the importance of the human dimension of business. Since then I have been in brand consulting, trying to integrate the creative and analytical perspectives on business.

Smirnoff Ice. A new category that was invented as the result of a financial challenge ("double the value of the vodka business") that provoked a customer insight ("a lot of people are drinking beer for lack of an alternative").
